  • Q Are you manufacturer?

    A Yes, our plant is located in the eyewear manufacturing capital in China.
  • Q Can I put on my logo?

  • Q Can I get the free sample?

    A Sure,the samples are free, but you need afford the shipping cost by yourself.
  • Q Is the price negotiable?

    A Yes, the price is based on the quantity of your order. More quantity, more discount.
  • Q Do you have a minimum order requirement?

    A 600pcs two colors.
  • Q Do all of your sunglasses block 100% of the sun’s UVA and UVB rays?

    A Of course, all our sunglasses offer 100% UVB + UVA protection and meet the FDA required Z80.3 ANSI standard in addition to all European standards.
  • Q How often do you update your products?

    A On average we restock and add new styles every 1 months.
  • Q How do I order?

    A Simply click on a product category button and choose the style you wish.Add them to the cart and then check out.Fill in the information as instructions,the systems will send your order to our email.We’ll handle and contact you as soon as possible.
  • Q When will my order ship?

    A We ship all our orders Monday-Friday via FedEx Express.If you place an order over the weekend,it will not ship until Monday morning.You may contact us if you have other shipping options or specific shipping instructions you want us to follow.You may request to use your own express accounts.
  • Q How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    A The arrival time will depend on your location and can take from 7-15 business days.Please note that due to COVID-19, we have seen some delays in delivery.
  • Q Can I cancel or update my order?

    A Usually, our orders are processed very quickly, we have a system set up to send all orders through to our fulfillment center right when the order is placed. Unfortunately, this often means we are unable to make changes to your order but we can always try! Please reach out to danica@raymio-eyewear.com about any address changes or cancellations. However, please note that once the order is processed by our fulfillment center, we cannot make any changes.

  • Q How can I track my order?

    A 1. If you have a Raymio account - you can log in to check the status of your package.
    2. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can then track the package right to your door!
  • Q What do I do if my package is marked as delivered but I cannot locate it?

    A Please allow 48 hours for your package to arrive.If package still does not show up, please call the shipping provider.They often hold the package for pick up.If you still cannot locate the package - please email: info@raymio-eyewear.com
  • Q I made a mistake in my address! Help!

    A Please email us at info@raymio-eyewear.com with the correct address as soon as possible.If we can, we will update the address.
