been dedicated to designing and

manufacturing high-quality sunglasses,

sports sunglasses, optical frames,

reading glasses and kids eyeglasses.

2009

Enter Eyewear Industry

The original 1993-built market (relocated in 2022), one of China's Top 4 eyewear hubs. It has 218 stores, 288 booths and 362 business households with an annual transaction volume of about 700 million RMB.

And it drives more than 900 eyewear enterprises in Duqiao. In 2009, the total industrial output value reached about 4 billion RMB, mainly focusing on the export of sunglasses and optical frames.

Raymio Eyewear has taken this opportunity and started to enter the eyewear industry.
2012

Start Small Factory

In 2012, we officially transformed our business from eyewear sales to professional eyewear manufacturing, and established our own small-scale eyewear production factory.

Since then, we have focused on independent production, process improvement and product quality control, laying a solid foundation for long-term OEM and ODM cooperation with global clients.
2018

Found Foreign Trading Company

In 2018, we founded our foreign trade company Raymio. It enables us to offer higher-standard services to both new and existing clients.

Meanwhile, we started attending international eyewear exhibitions actively, reaching out to more European and American buyers and steadily expanding our global business network.
2021

Establish Medium-sized Eyewear Factory

In 2016, following the unified industrial planning for the eyewear manufacturing base by Taizhou municipal government, we built a new medium-sized eyewear factory in the new district.

We expanded our factory space and added more production lines to deliver better services to all our clients.

CERTIFICATIONS

To meet interinational market requirements, our eyewear products comply with multiple quality and safety standards. We have certificates include UV400, FDA, CE, BSCI, RoHS, REACH, ANSI Standards, SGS and Bureau Veritas. Certification documents can be provided upon requests.

FDA
FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) regulates eyewear as Class I medical devices. Compliance requires factory registration, device listing, impact-resistant lens testing (21 CFR 801.410), and proper labeling for U.S. market entry.
RoHS
RoHS (EU 2015/863) restricts 10 hazardous substances (heavy metals & phthalates) in materials. Our eyewear frames comply with RoHS, tested by SGS/BV, ensuring safety for European market.
CE
CE marking is mandatory for EU market access. Optical frames follow EN ISO 12870 (Medical Device Class I, self-declaration); sunglasses comply with EN ISO 12312-1 (PPE Category B, notified body certification), tested by SGS/BV.
BSCI
BSCI (amfori) is a leading European social compliance standard. Our eyewear factory is BSCI audited (Grade B/C) by SGS/BV, ensuring fair labor, safe workplace & environmental protection for EU clients.
SGS
SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance) is the world’s leading third-party testing, inspection and certification body. We provide CE, FDA, RoHS and REACH compliance testing for optical frames, sunglasses and lenses, with expertise in nickel release, optical performance, mechanical durability and material safety, ensuring your products meet global regulatory requirements.
